Welcoming, beautiful, calm, relaxing place

Das ist der richtige Ort zum Entspannen und Genießen in einer wunderschönen Landschaft mit zahlreichen Möglichkeiten vor Ort und in der Umgebung. Der Sohn des Vermieters ist täglich vor Ort, spricht hervorragend Englisch, hat hervorragende Tipps, ist sehr hilfsbereit und gibt das Gefühl, hier willkommen zu sein! Das Anwesen liegt mitten in der Landschaft, ist aber gut zu erreichen, das hübsche Dorf Castiglione del Lago ist nur zehn Autominuten entfernt und bietet neben einer tollen Burg ein paar nette Lokale und etliche Bars am See mit schönem Blick. Die Dörfer und Städte in der Gegend (Umbrien und Toskana) sind von hier aus gut zu erreichen und bieten genug Abwechslung für die Urlaubszeit. Ein Tag am Pool und auf der Terrasse kann mit Tiere streicheln und beobachten, Tischtennis, Billiard, Grillen oder Spazierengehen ergänzt werden. Man kann auch Fahrräder ausleihen (ohne Aufpreis). Wirklich alles wunderbar und sehr freundlich! Wir werden wiederkommen! Danke besonders an Jacopo!

Sehr netter Gastgeber, Wohnung in gutem Zustand, nicht die neueste Möbilierung aber vollkommen zweckmässig und ausreichend. Sehr schöner Pool und Aussenbereich, ruhige Lage. Sollten wir wieder in der Nähe Ferien machen, werden wir sicher bei der Villa la Fontana anfragen.

Wir haben in der Villa Fontana zwei wunderbare Wochen mit zwei Familien mit Kindern verbracht.Das Haus liegt am Ende der Straße und es ist eine ruhige friedliche Oase. Das Haus , die Wohnungen und der großzügige Garten sind sauber und gepflegt. Der Pool mit traumhafter Aussicht lädt zum Baden und Spaß haben ein. Die Vermieter sind freundlich und bei Fragen oder Problemen gut zu erreichen. Wer Ruhe uns Erholung in schöner Umgebung sucht ist hier genau richtig.

excellent séjour

très agréable séjour. Idéalement situé à la campagne mais proche de toutes commodités. Castiglione est tout prêt pour faire des courses. Située au milieu d'un paysage magnifique et campagnard les occupations ne manquent pas. Les chats et les poussins ont bien plus à mon fils de 7 ans. Piscine très agréable. Alviero est très disponible si on a la moindre question. Bref, c'était excellent!

A lovely villa in a beautiful location

We were a party of 5 adults and stayed for a week in this lovely villa. The location is superb, with great views over the surrounding countryside. It is a well equipped home beautifully restored and maintained with lovely outside areas. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. A comprehensive welcome basket was provided which was greatly appreciated and we found the kitchen well equipped apart from the lack of some sharp knives, which Alviero and Rosanna quickly organised for us when we asked. the pool is a lovely spot to cool off in during high summer. The outside seating area of the villa is a lovely spot for meals. The wine estate offers free tastings for guests staying in the estate and is worth a visit. There are so many beautiful towns and villages round about to visit too - too numerous to list but Siena is a must. There are good supermarkets in Castiglione del Lago and some excellent local restaurants though we mostly cooked evening meals in the house or on the barbecue as it was so pleasant to be there. We would certainly recommend this property to our friends and family.

Nous avons passe une excellente semaine a la Villa

Le cadre est magique et particulierement adapte pour un sejour avec des enfants. La propriete regorge de petits recoins ou il fait bon se poser pour se detendre quand d'autres s'adonnent au volley ou a la baignade. Le four a pizza fut egalement une excellente decouverte! Et enfin notre hote Alviero a su etre aussi discrete attentionè. Elle ne manque pas non plus de suggestions pour les visites dans la region. Demandez lui.
