About this property

Stunning New Quay House, Dog-Friendly, with Convenient Parking, Perfect Getaway

Polruan, ‘The Old Sea Captain’s House’, is a three story, pet friendly, period coastal house that comfortably accommodates up to 10 people whilst still feeling homely. Located in New Quay, the house has stunning sea views from three of the bedrooms and is a very short walk to the blue flag beach, local grocery shop and all the fantastic pubs, restaurants, shops and amenities that New Quay has to offer. In addition, it has two private parking spaces to the rear of the property (a rare thing in New Quay), the benefit of which will be keenly noticed with the tight parking in New Quay – especially during the busy periods.

Layout

Two lounges (both with 46” smart TVs with Freeview, Netflix, Disney + and Prime, and the rear lounge also has games console and a host of board games), two bathrooms (one en-suite), four bedrooms, a downstairs WC, an open plan kitchen and dining room (dining table easily seats 10 people), laundry with washing machine and dryer, and a special dog room
