Villa located in a quiet area, no more than 15 minutes from the beaches by car and 20 minutes from the Cannes Festival Palace. Sleeps 6 adults and 3/4 children, with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 Wcs and a mezzanine. Fitted and equipped kitchen, utility room, lounge and dining room. Several 500m2 terraces. Barbecue available. Linen provided.
