Our newly furnished and high-quality apartment offers the ideal retreat for your unforgettable stay in the Austrian Alps. The Stubaital is not only known for its breathtaking mountains, but also for its variety of outdoor activities that are sure to result in an incomparable experience.

The impressive peaks of the Stubaital are perfect for going hiking, mountaineering and mountain biking and allow you to enjoy the beauty of nature to the fullest. In winter you can look forward to unlimited skiing on the Stubai Glacier, the family-friendly atmosphere at the Schlick 2000 ski centre or the beginner-friendly Serlesbahnen ski area - there truly is something for everyone.

Our Stubai Apartments are in a fantastic location, just a few minutes' walk from the ski lift and the charming town centre of Neustift. After an eventful day in the mountains, you can relax in our cosy apartment, which can accommodate up to 4 people. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed, while a cosy double bed awaits you in the bedroom.

Enjoy the amenities and homely atmosphere of our apartment, from which you can fully appreciate not only the stunning natural surroundings but also local hospitality.

Das Apartment ist gut gelegen, modern eingerichtet. Die Parksituation ist sehr gut. Check-In und Check-Out verliefen ohne Personal aber komplikationslos. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten könnte man im Apartment selbst optimieren. Das wären beispielsweise Haken für Handtücher und eine etwas umfangreiche Sammlung an Küchenzubehör. Die Küche selbst war sehr modern und sauber, so wie das Badezimmer. Die Matratze vom Bett war leider sehr hart und die Kissen alles andere als bequem. Außerdem empfinde ich es als frech, dass von den Gastgebern verlangt wird, die Betten vor dem Check-out ab zu ziehen, wenn man doch eine Endreinigung bezahlt. Alles in allem ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt mit wenigen Kleinigkeiten zu beanstanden.

Lage Appartements Stubai, sehen innen schön aus, Kleinigkeiten sind noch nicht fertig. Kein heißes Wasser in der Küche. Es gibt keine Haken zum Aufhängen von Handtüchern. Es gibt keinen Toilettenpapierhalter. Das ist für uns kein allzu großes Problem, aber die Außenlage ist schlecht, in unserem Fall ist sie nicht in Zimmer 6, wir haben 1 Hund dabei, wenn wir die Außentür öffnen, sind wir auf dem Parkplatz, nicht gemütlich und einladend
