Beautiful 3 Bedroom + Loft, 2 Bath modern condo with amazing full lake view. Minutes to Stagecoach and Boulder ski lift and lodge at Heavenly Resort and 10 minutes to downtown Lake Tahoe and Casinos.

This condo has updated modern appliances, kitchen and bathrooms plus a private laundry room in house. It comfortably sleeps 8 with a twin sized daybed + trundle in the Loft. The complex is a quiet building with full-time residents, so the property is equipped with noise monitoring to comply with the Douglas County's strict noise ordinance. There is a Pin pad entry (No key required; you'll receive your own private code for your stay).

This property is located in a quiet scenic neighborhood located in Upper Kingsbury of Stateline, Nevada. It has access to a community hot tub and swimming pool. Hiking/biking trails are right next to property. Parking is in front of building and is included.

There is a free shuttle available to the Stagecoach and Boulder ski lifts, which are between a quarter of a mile and 1.5 miles from the condo. You can ski down to Boulder run from the condo, which runs in front of us. Route 22 Buses are also available to Lake Tahoe and Casinos.

House was great and owner was very responsive and helpful with questions. Only took one star was because pool and hot tub wasn't available and it wasn't mentioned in the listing that it was closed. That was a big reason we rented there. If we go back to Tahoe next year we will definitely rent again if the pool is open.

My family of 4 enjoyed staying here. The view was amazing, from and around the house. House was clean, uensils and dishwasher were as new, and plenty. Close to the south tahoe busy area, but with adequate tranquility you would need during vacation. We didn't ski, so not much to share regarding skiing experience. We also enjoyed BBQ from nearby Fox and Hound. The only thing i would mention is that the kitchen and dining area was a bit small. Overall, the house was well maintained, clean and convenient, location was good.

Overall a very nice place. No complaints. Clean.Ski out easy enough but you can not really ski in. You ski off boulder run and then have to traverse about 100 yards up. Ski out was easy vs ski in.

The hot tub is best to drive to however they do have bathrooms there you can change into dry clothes before heading back. The ski out path is off the parking lot near the condo. Our famiky enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely come back.
