Awesome spot in Florence

We visited in August and this place was perfect. It had 2 air conditioning units, a spacious place for 2 parents and 2 teens and it was equipped with everything we needed. We all slept very comfortably and the neighborhood was quiet. Communication from the host was excellent. We were met at the door right on time and given lots of information about the area. Convenient location within walking distance to everything. Would definitely stay here again!

Experience décevante

Mauvaise odeur persistante dans la salle de bain et les sanitaires qui nous a gêné durant tout le séjour. Un vieux velux ouvert sur un grenier douteux est censé aéré cette pièce mais ça ne fonctionne pas et cette vielle ouverture sur un grenier n'est pas très rassurante. Nous avons eu froid (avril) car le chauffage ne chauffe qu'en dessous de la soufflerie. Le 2eme lit est trop petit pour 2 enfants de 9 et 12 ans, l'hôte a été réactif pour nous amené un autre lit mais dire que le logement est adapté pour 4 personnes n'est pas vrai (en tout cas, pas la litterie).
