Unfortunately when we arrived the host had doubled booked, they refunded as within the hour but I was left with 3 kids having to find somewhere which cost me more money, Ubers had to eat out etc which is all cost I wasn’t prepared for and had left me with no money. The host blamed travel nest but travel nest said it’s the host who controls booking and was her error. I contacted them more than once to confirm the booking was secure. Also the embarrassment of walking in on another family inside the apartment. We booked this as it was so close to the coop live and ended up 3 miles away and cost a fortune in Ubers and had to get two hotel rooms as nowhere had a family room available. Very disappointed as I booked in September.
