Situated in Santa Croce district, this spacious flat is located in a typical Florentine 'terra-tetto' with independent access.
In a hidden corner in the heart of the centre, 2 steps away from the beautiful Piazza Santa Croce, Canto del Rivolto apartment is the ideal starting point for those who want to fully experience the Renaissance atmosphere of the historic centre of Florence but in a hidden corner
Newly renovated and tastefully furnished, with its 3 spacious rooms it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people . Ideal for holidays with family or friends, Our apartment is suitable for groups, giving everyone the intimacy of their own space.
In the renovation some characteristic and original elements of the period have been preserved, such as the suggestive stone capitals and arched ceilings of one of the double bedrooms, and it has been equipped with all modern comforts, creating a perfect mix of antique and modern functionality, which will make your holiday a unique experience to tell.
The flat, located on the first floor without a lift, is accessed via a private staircase (17 steps) leading to the large hallway from which you have access to the various rooms.
On the right there is the large kitchen with table and chairs, equipped with everything you need to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner as often as you wish: microwave, dishwasher, kettle toaster, oven etc.
In front of the entrance there the access to the large living room, the convivial hub of the house, modernly furnished with two large sofas for your evenings in company, TV, coffee tables and large window.
From the living area you enter the bedroom with 2 single beds, which convert into a double bed, furnished with a wardrobe, a drawer chest and a large mirror.
The corridor also leads to the second double bedroom and to the master bedroom, with a walk-in wardrobe, large desk and antique elements, such as the stone capitals and vaults, that recall the atmosphere of times gone by.
A large bathroom with shower, and a service bathroom with toilet and sink complete the apartment.
Refined mirrors, furnishing elements and paintings enrich the walls of the entire flat, creating notes of colour in every room.
Since we are located in a Limited Traffic Zone, for our guests arriving by car we have an agreement with the Palazzo Vecchio Garage, a few steps from the entrance of our building, where you can park and forget about your car, as the major sights of Florence are within walking distance.

The flat is located in the centre, a stone's throw from Piazza Santa Croce , Piazza Duomo, Museo del Bargello, Dante's birthplace, Casa Buonarroti, 17th century Palazzo-museum with frescoes housing Michelangelo's early drawings and marble reliefs, Piazza della Signoria with its splendid Palazzo Vecchio, symbol of the city.
Not far away is also the ancient quarter of Sant'Ambrogio, with its church and its typical market.
This district is full of restaurants and bars that liven up the squares and streets with their outdoor tables, especially in summer. Here you can enjoy the best dishes of Tuscan cuisine, whether for an informal lunch or a romantic dinner.
The flat is located in one of the city's oldest alleys, and has another unique feature: its name is carved on a cornerstone.
The letters, which could be said to have been engraved by the hand of a man of the people, date from around the year 1000.
