Lovely flat and good location. We felt we could walk to everything easily and enjoyed the nearby restaurants. It was very clean and spacious. Would not hesitate to stay there again when we visit Florence!
Nice and clean apartment with a great location near stores, food and markets.

The apartment is in a great location. The host is very responsive. We were unable to access the unit upon our arrival…unfortunate. However the host was responsive. The cost of the cleaning was lower on the Vrbo booking than the host charged (cash)…not sure the reason for the discrepancy.
Martina was an excellent and responsive host! Plenty of AC. The apartment is downright romantic and you cant beat the location. It's right in the center of it all, steps away from both a wine-in-the-wall and top end retail and yet plenty private. All the main piazzas are easy walks and so is the Arno. Great view and evening vibe from the roof balcony. Full kitchen and washing machine. Hosts left terrific dining suggestions. Like most great places in historical centers, it's accessed via a couple flights of narrow marble steps but our fully loaded fam of four had no problem. We loved it.
Ideal apartment for our family of 4 with teenage children. Plenty of space. Beautiful rooftop patio. Windows with shutters that open onto an idyllic bustling neighbourhood in Florence. Coffee, restaurants, shops all outside the doorstep.

The apartment was fine, a little dirty but manageable. The host was responsive and the location was central and easy to navigate to local museums and attractions. The primary issue is that there was construction going on right outside. The construction vehicle parked right against our door which made it very difficult to enter or exit with luggage. They also seemed to work all through the night. Hammering, banging, dropping metal objects, etc. Maybe this is a one off but looked like they may be working on the building for some time. We’d recommend inquiring with the host prior to booking regarding local construction and avoid this apartment if confirmed.
This place was perfect for our group (two couples). The location is wonderfully central, and the apartment was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Martina was wonderful about communicating and helping with everything we needed. Great stay.
Excellent location. Walkable to everything. The Vrbo is furnished with everything you need, clean, and updated. Note, the dryer is the dryer rack in the bathroom. This is common in Italy but unclear initially since it was not stated in the listing but you are required to pay the cleaning fee and city tax in euros. Overall, we would stay here again!
Very nice apartment in a central location of the city! Lots of room for family and friends. Clean and comfortable. Host was easy to communicate with and helped with any of our needs
This apartment was amazing; clean, modern, and in a fantastic location to everything we were doing. Beds were comfortable, lots of convenient electric outlets, and a great set up for 2 adult couples (4 people total) Hosts are super communicative as well!
Central location convenient to everything. Perfect for my friend and i as we toured Florence. Loved having two bathrooms. Only drawback was the three flights of stairs. Host was a good communicator and very responsive. Highly recommend.
Matched the images online- we battled the narrow steps with our luggage and the weekend night street parties were frustrating at 4 am but it is a city. Lovely, modern apartment.
Our host was very attentive. Weather was unexpectedly cold when we first arrived. Martina quickly came over and showed us how to set the heat. Heated floors were wonderful. Rooms are spacious with a well equipped kitchen and sitting area. The loft area was perfect for our 20 something to have a little time away. Very close to a couple of good restaurants and a bakery. Wine window is about 100 steps from our door. Highly recommend!
While the apartment is beautiful and extremely well situated, (basically 5-10 minutes away walking from everything), our major issue was the noise. The apartment is located between 2 busy streets and a bar is right at the bottom of the apartment. Therefore, it was very difficult to sleep due to the noise that does not stop until 3-4am every night. Also, while 2 bathrooms are listed, only one has a shower.
This was our first time in Italy and we were not disappointed. This apartment was perfect for our family of 5 including 3 teens. The location was excellent, close to everything, and helped make our stay fantastic. The apartment includes a washer, hair dryer, plenty of towels, WiFi, stocked kitchen and plenty of space. We were not able to utilize the balcony as it rained during our trip. We all agree we would stay here again!
