Regarding the check-in, we understand that the initial access might feel unfamiliar to some guests. We use an automated entry system to ensure flexibility and security, and although this process is clearly explained in the arrival instructions, our team is always available to assist in case of any difficulty—as we did in your case. As for the surrounding area, while the location is close to the beach and convenient for exploring, it is also part of a lively urban environment. Noise levels can vary depending on the day and time, especially in central areas, and unfortunately, this is beyond our control. We provide a basic set of supplies such as trash bags and cleaning items as a courtesy, calculated according to the length of stay and number of guests. As this is a tourist rental and not a hotel service, we do not restock these items during the stay. About the shower layout, it's an open-plan design that may not match everyone's preferences, but it is fully functional and cleaned thoroughly before each arrival. Finally, we’re sorry to hear about the incident with the bag left at your door. We can confirm that this is not related to our team or cleaning staff. In shared buildings, occasional actions from other residents are unfortunately out of our control. Our team is always ready to provide quick support whenever needed, and we thank you again for staying with us.
