Persons on the property:

· The house is rented in its entirety for the exclusive use of guests.

· The maximum capacity of the property is the number of people indicated in the property details, including adults and children.

· The property can only accommodate the number of people in the booking and there cannot be more people staying/visiting at the same time on the property.



Check-in:

· The minimum age for booking and check-in is 18 years old.

· It is mandatory for all guests to present an official legal identity document (identity card or passport) during check-in.

No other documents will be accepted.



. Deposit of 700 euros guarantee. It will be blocked on a bank card at the time of key collection.

In the event of payment in cash, you must provide an IBAN number for its return by bank transfer.

The deposit for youth groups under 25 years old is 1000 euros.



The key collection takes place from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the property.



Not showing up on the check-in day will result in no refund of the reservation.

Price 1.75€ per night/person +16 years old and maximum payment for 7 nights.



Cleaning:

. The house must be properly tidied up, dishes cleaned, and rubbish deposited in the designated area; otherwise, a fee of €100 will be charged from the guarantee deposit.



Beach towels are not provided.



Keys:

· Loss of property keys: Price £100 per reservation to be paid upon delivery of the new key set.

· Keys forgotten inside the property or inside the main door lock and need for opening by a locksmith: Price according to locksmith's tariff, to be paid on-site to the technician.



Rules:

· Guests agree to respect the property rules and, especially, not to make noise at night between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.



· No parties or events are allowed on the property.

If there are complaints from neighbours or the police are called, the deposit will not be refunded and the tenant must leave the accommodation immediately.

· Smoking is prohibited in the accommodation in all areas.
