Large country house for family and friends get-togethers 50 minutes from Florence

Nestled in the lush Tuscan countryside, the house (160 square metres) is spread over two levels: on the ground floor is the kitchen, which overlooks the outdoor courtyard and features a large fireplace; there is also a bathroom with an attached laundry room. Upstairs there are 5 bedrooms—one with a balcony—a spacious living room, and a bathroom.
Not only a retreat into authentic nature, but also into culture: 1.5 km away is the train station, which takes you to Florence, the cradle of the Renaissance, in 40 minutes.
The space
The house, recently restored, has retained the simplicity of its rural origins while being enhanced with modern comforts.
Our strong point is our ability to accommodate large groups: the spacious kitchen is ideal for gatherings with family or friends, even in winter with the crackling fire; the large living room upstairs is perfect for letting the children play or for enjoying an evening with friends.
A kitchen, living room, five bedrooms (one with a balcony overlooking the greenery), a laundry room, and two bathrooms—both spacious with comfortable built-in showers and bidets—make this house the ideal place to enjoy a few days with loved ones in all four seasons of the year.
Surrounded by nature, the little ones have plenty of space to run around outdoors while the adults can explore the entire hillside by taking walks in the woods.
The wood-fired heating system with a state-of-the-art boiler keeps the entire house wonderfully warm even on the coldest winter days.

Surrounded by olive trees and the woods, we are nevertheless close to the train station, and the town (Dicomano), with all its amenities, is only 3 km away.

Our municipality requires payment of a tourist tax, to be paid on site: 2 euros per person (only for those over 14 years of age) per night, up to a maximum of 6 nights.
