In addition, the kitchen is open with an American bar to enjoy to the fullest. - Three accesses to the outside and the pool directly from the living room. - 2 full bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. - 4 double bedrooms with wardrobes. - 2 small sofa beds in 2 of the double rooms. You will have access to the entire house, there are no shared spaces. The pool can be used all year round, so it is a very quiet and relaxing place where you can disconnect and enjoy. You have all the information you need to be able to enjoy your stay available in your reservation. The only thing you will find in the surroundings of the villa is: countryside, views and nature. Perfect if that is what you are looking for. The closest neighbor is several minutes away by car. This villa has a great silver lining for those who love nature, silence, views and solitude: the nearest neighbour is several minutes away by car. If you are one of those people who cannot live without being close to shops, noise and masses of people, this is not your place. The nearest town is 15-17 minutes away by car (Velez-Málaga), so the only way to move to/from the villa is with your own vehicle. ★ CLEANING & DISINFECTION ★ The health, safety and well-being of our guests are of the utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each departure. Feel free to contact me with any additional questions you may have. In addition, it is important that you know that you will have 2 sets of keys and that check-in at the house is autonomous. The first set of keys is located next to the main gate in a security box, while the second set of keys is inside the house. With 2 games you will have the opportunity to organize yourself better if you are a large group of people.
