Little villa in the countryside of Calasetta with sea view at 4 km from Spiaggia Grande and 5 km from the town of Calasetta. Large private garden of about 950 square meters with internal parking, barbecue, outdoor shower, covered veranda and gazebo with sports equipment. To get to the house you must travel about 300 m of dirt road.

DESCRIPTION: On the ground floor: veranda-living room with double sofa bed, kitchen with kitchenette, loft with double bed or two single beds, a bathroom with shower. On the basement floor: 1 bedroom with double bed. Mosquito nets in all the rooms, external clothesline, broom, mop and cleaning products. FREE WI-FI - NO BABIES UP 2 YEARS OLD.

ELECTRIC APPLIANCES The house is equipped with 2 air conditioners, a refrigerator, a washing machine, a dishwasher, an electric oven, gas cooktop, 2 televisions, 2 fans,
