The kitchen is equipped with fridge / freezer, electric oven, microwave, gas hob, table and chairs. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa and LED TV. All rooms overlook a charming garden with table and chairs and barbecue for common use.

A short distance from the villa are: kiosk, pharmacy, bakery, pastry bar and supermarket.

The house is particularly suitable for couples and families with young children. Guests are provided, upon request, cot, high chair and anything else necessary for the stay of children.
