The space
Your waterfront home is set in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, right next to Sugden Regional Park, just 3 miles south of 5th Ave./Old Naples.
With 2,700 sq. ft., the home provides ample space to spend quality time with loved ones.
Ground Floor (~ 1,300 sq. ft. plus lanai/pool)
You’re greeted by a bright, open-concept layout, a large dining area, and a spacious living area.
Walk from the living room outside to the heated pool and lanai, which features S.W exposure and beautiful sunsets.
A built-in grill and outdoor kitchen make entertaining effortless, while a full third bathroom downstairs provides convenient access to the pool area.
Upstairs (~ 1,400 sq. ft.)
The 650 sq. ft. master suite features a tray ceiling, its own cozy sitting area, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom.
Each of the remaining bedrooms features a spacious closet and ample natural light to ensure a restful stay for everyone in your group.
Guest access
The attic and the garage are not accessible.
Other things to note
• Complimentary pool heating from December 1st through April 30th. During May - October the water temperature ranges from 80-86F due to warm and humid weather conditions.
• Gradual-slope pool (up to 6 ft deep). Perfect for swimming and relaxation!
• Linens replaced every 24 months - last replacement November 2024
• A subscription is required for preinstalled TV apps (Netflix, etc).
• Early check-in from 9:00 a.m., and late check-out till 5.00 p.m available upon request and availability for just $90. Please send us a message after booking.

Wonderful family vacation
Had a great stay at this location, the house is beautiful and well maintained, great screened in pool. It is right on a canal so fun to watch for fish and otters. The kitchen is large and was perfect for cooking a few dinners and lunches during the trip without bumping into each other.
