Corner flat on the 6th floor with 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed and 1 with bunk bed and 1 single bed).  Furthermore, there is a spacious, bright living room, frontal sea view, a fully renovated fitted kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower, storage room with washing machine and a nice terrace with sea view. In the second room there is a bunk bed and another single bed, ideal for a family stay. This newly built flat is modernly furnished, offers plenty of space and provides the necessary relaxation. Important: You may not smoke in the apartment, but you may smoke on the terrace. Wifi: yes - parking: not included - sheets: bring your own - towels: bring your own.  
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted The situation with regard to traffic and parking differs from one town to the other. It might occur that only paid parking possibilities are available in the holiday home's surroundings It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
