The apartment is located on the quiet section of the seafront in Ostend. It is bright and colorful and from the living room and the balcony you can enjoy a beautiful view of the beach and the sea. In the immediate vicinity are stores and restaurants, in the center of Ostend you can enjoy the hustle and bustle of a medium-sized city. You can shop, you can visit the fish stalls on the quay, the museum MuZee or the museum sailing boat Mercator. Follow in the footsteps of Marvin Gay and James Ensor and see the special murals. World-famous Bruges is 25 km away and easily accessible by car or train. A bike ride through the dunes or the polders is also a nice experience. Also visit Plopsaland De Panne and Sealife in Blankenberge.

Positiv: wunderbare Sicht auf die Nordsee und Promenade.Negativ: altes Haus u.a. mit Hinweis im EG auf „Stabilitätsprobleme, Balkone dürfen nicht betreten werden“. Rostige Armierung/Stahl im Stahlbeton gut sichtbar in Google Street-View. Korrosion an Stahlbeton ist ein ernsthaftes Problem, das die strukturelle Integrität und Sicherheit von Bauwerken erheblich beeinträchtigen kann - siehe Carolabrücke in Dresden. Lampen nicht angeschlossen, Steckdosen vielleicht hinter Betten. Bad in desolaten Zustand, kaum Warmwasser in der Küche, öliges/fettiges Geschirr und Pfannen, fehlende Neonröhre in Wohnbereich und Küche, Betten schmutzig, tropfende/undefinierte Flecken an der Wand in Schlafzimmer, Fenster undicht - so, dass die beim Sturm die Gardinen flattern obwohl die Fenster zu sind. Die Liste ist lang, die Bilder dazu sind unappetitlich um veröffentlicht zu werden aber vorhanden. Statt „kostenlose Parkplätze in der Nähe“ - 100% belegt durch die Einwohner - wäre einen Hinweis über die saisonale Tarife (im Winter z.B. max. 1,10 pro Tag bzw. pro 11 Stunden) zum Parken ehrlicher. Check-In-Vorgang auf gut Glück da unter die angegebene Rufnummer war niemand erreichbar. Insgesamt eine Enttäuschung, sowohl die Ferienwohnung als auch Novasol/Fewo-Direkt. Wir haben von Novasol etwas anderes erwartet da wir bis Dato generell nur positive Erfahrungen gemacht haben.

Tout miser sur la grande pièce très lumineuse, adaptée aux jumeaux de 19 mois ,avec vue sur mer ,face à de superbes couchers de soleil. Et pour le reste fait le job !

Das Objekt ist in einem alten Haus. Der Anblick ist nicht besonders einladend. Der Aufzug und dir Treppe sind eng aber sauber. Die Wohnung ist eine gelungene Kombination aus der alten erhaltenen Teilen und den gut renovierten Dingen. Bei uns war die Wohnung sauber, die Betten gut und die Küchengeräte funktionierten. Die Fenster mit schönen Meerblick waren in Ordnung und dicht. Wifi tat nicht immer gut, der Fernseher zeigte nur belgische Programme. Der Rollladen in einem Schlafzimmer war nicht zu öffnen und die letzten Tage fiel der Aufzug aus. es gab keine Abhilfe. Trotz den kleineren Mißständen fühlten wir uns in der Wohnung und der Umgebung wohl.

Très bel appartement avec une vue imprenable sur la mer. Quelques bémols à noter: - volet de la chambre parentale impossible à ouvrir - douche qui fuit et fixation du pommeau de douche défectueuse - peu, voire pas de pression d'eau dans la cuisine - pas de WiFi Un très beau séjour, au calme, avec des couchés de soleil superbes ! Arrêt de tram à proximité. On garde l'adresse au cas où !

Sonniger Urlaub

Check in in Etappen . Am Tag der Ankunft klappte Schlüsselübergabe pünktlich. Jedoch mussten wir für die Zahlung der vor Ort zu entrichtenen Gebühren noch einmal an einem anderen Tag erscheinen. Sauberkeit Küchengeräte so lala. Wir hätten gerne Bedienungsanleitungen für Herd und Mikrowellengeräte gehabt. Bettwäsche und Handtücher einwandfrei. Ausblick super. Fernglas mitnehmen !!!!!!! Supermarkt 10 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt. Bäcker 5 Minuten. Alles in allem hat es uns sehr gefallen.

Lage toll , schöne Aussicht,Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig

Die Aussicht ist herrlich, der Balkon mini ohne Möbel. Die Sauberkeit lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig, fleckige Decken(Blut) im Badeschrank noch Haare vom Vormieter, Geschirr klebrig , Sifa total verfleckt , da will man sich ungern drauf setzen . Ein Stuhl kaputt , die Lampe über dem Tisch hat auch schon bessere Jahre gesehen . Wenn man duscht , hat man ständig das Wasser im Bad , Amaturen dreckig . Auch war es die erste Wohnung, in der es nicht einmal Toilettenpapier gab. Für 20€ darf man sich pro Person für 7Tage 1Duschtuch 1Handtuch und Bettwäsche leihen . Umlagen sind auch noch pro Person und Tag 7 € . Müll kommt nochmals extra dazu (pro Müllsäckchen 50cent) . Ach ja Parkgebühren fallen auch noch an , wenn man nicht in der Pamapa parken will. Fazit sehr teuer und schmutzig -Aussicht dafür toll , doch wir werden nicht mehr kommen.
