The property has all the services at less than 5 minutes walking distance, it is situated at one minute walking distance from Playa Chica and five minutes walking distance from Playa Grande, main avenue, restaurants.

The Villa is completely refurbished, has a private outdoor swimming pool, a large terrace with views to the sea and the island of Fuerteventura, solarium area, internet, television and air conditioning in all rooms. Private parking space.
The property is distributed over two floors, on the upper floor is the living room, dining room, kitchen and a large terrace with sea views. The ground floor has two bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom, both with access to the swimming pool and solarium located on this floor. All rooms have television and air conditioning.

Puerto del Carmen is located on the southeast coast of Lanzarote. It is one of the main tourist centres of the island, ten minutes away from the airport, and visited every year by many tourists looking for the perfect place for their holidays on the island of Lanzarote.

Puerto del Carmen lacks nothing: water sports, beautiful beaches, varied shops, hiking trails, flats, bicycle paths, bars and restaurants, a zoo... The range of activities on offer in this town is one of the most complete on the island.

The area has 8 kilometres of beach. This makes it one of the most attractive areas of the island if you want to enjoy the beach quietly and with the best services: sunbeds, toilets, promenades, shops, restaurants... Everything in this town is designed for the visitor to spend an idyllic holiday.

The accommodation is well communicated both by car and by public transport. There is a bus stop just two minutes walk away. You will be able to move by public transport to all the areas of the island. The airport is 8 km away and Arrecife (capital of the island) is 16 km away.
Within a five minute walk you can enjoy cafes, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks and the famous Playa Chica, the Varadero area, famous for its restaurants, promenade and Friday market. The flat is also ideal for diving lovers.
