La Bergerie is the smallest and most cherished house on the enchanting La Borderie estate. Fully renovated in 2025, this charming two person gîte offers comfort, privacy, and year round appeal in a serene natural setting.

On the ground floor: a cozy living area with wood stove, sofa bed, dining nook, semi open kitchen, and toilet. Upstairs, accessible via a covered outdoor staircase, you’ll find a spacious bedroom with two single beds, a second toilet, sink, and separate shower.
Enjoy a private garden with views of the meadows perfect for spotting wildlife with your morning coffee. The simple but fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare breakfast or cook leisurely meals. Summer evenings are ideal for barbecuing under the stars.
Comfort All Year
La Bergerie is the only guest house on the estate open year round. It features multi split air conditioning for cool summers and cozy winters, plus a wood stove for extra warmth in colder months.

• No rentals to groups of young people to preserve tranquility
• In low season, occasional weekend hunting may occur on the estate
• Ask your hosts about seasonal activities or enjoy a warm surprise upon arrival!
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
