During holidays or a short stay, we welcome you in a green and peaceful setting, in the heart of the Périgord Noir.
Charming cottage with terraces in a wooded area by the pool, located in Calviac in Périgord, near the Dordogne river and 10 km from the medieval city of Sarlat.

You will appreciate the complete equipment, the comfort of the "iris" gîte and the tranquility of the place.

On the ground floor…
♦ A fully equipped living room / kitchen, a bedroom (queen size), a bathroom and separate toilet.
Upstairs…
♦ Two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a 90 cm bed - possibility of a third 90 cm bed.
♦ A terrace facing the entrance of the gîte with garden furniture
A small terrace in height corresponding to the floor with deckchair and small table

Sheets and towels for bath are provided.

Swimming pool, 5x10m - not eated - to be shared with the two other cottages. Open from may to october.

The gite is the perfect size for a family of 4 and in a great location for exploring the Dordogne. It was too cold in late October to use the pool but it looked very inviting and the gite was lovely and warm. The surrounding gardens are very beautiful and the gite had everything we needed for a very enjoyable stay. Thank you Alexandra!

Great time. Lovely property. Very clean and tidy. Well equipped. Beautiful pool. Lovely lady in charge. Central to the area with plenty to see. No shop in village so a drive to get bread but very minor inconvenience to all the good stuff.

Formidable en tous points

Accueil chaleureux, disponibilité et grande gentillesse d'Alexandra, la propriétaire des lieux. Beauté de la région, mille et un sites à visiter. Calme absolu. Confort et propreté du ravissant logement. Tout a été pensé pour que le locataire soit à l'aise et ne manque de rien. Literie impeccable, grands espaces de rangement, ustensiles de cuisine de qualité. Possibilité de profiter de l'extérieur (fleuri!) avec tables, transat, barbecue...etc... Nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour.

Sehr schöne Woche im Périgord

Wir waren eine Woche hier zu Gast. Der Empfang war sehr herzlichen und wir haben uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt. Aus dem Salzwasserpool waren unsere Kinder kaum mehr herauszubekommen. ;) Wir haben einige Ausflüge in die sehr sehenswerte Umgebung unternommen. Wir können die Unterkunft ohne Einschränkung weiterempfehlen.

Gîte cosy et bien équipé

Nous avons passé 1 semaine exquise pendant les fêtes de fin d'année. Le gîte est parfaitement équipé, bien isolé, bien chauffé et l'on s'y sent rapidement chez soi. Il y a de nombreux couchages, des clim réversibles dans les chambres et le cadre verdoyant de la propriété est magnifique, parfaitement entretenu même en hiver. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et la propriétaire était très.réactive en pmus d'être charmante. Nous recommandons +++ avec ou sans enfants c'est un point de chite génial hiver comme été.

Herrliche Tage in der Dordogne

Wir haben einen wundervollen Urlaub mit unseren zwei Kindern und unserem Hund hier verbracht. Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in einer wunderschönen Umgebung. Der Pool und der schöne Garten waren für uns und unsere Kinder großartig. Das Ferienhaus ist super ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben unseren Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus sehr genossen und empfehlen es wärmstens weiter!

Zum Wohlfühlen schön!

Eine kleine, aber wirklich feine Anlage mit 3 gites, die von uns gewählte Wohnung (iris) bestens ausgestattet und von einer charmanten Gastgeberin gemanagt, die einem buchstäblich die Wünsche von den Augen ablesen kann. Absolut ruhig, blitzsauber und für Großstädter unbedingt zu empfehlen. Blick in einen ungetrübten Sternenhimmel! Eine wunderbare Woche zum Erkunden der Lascaux-Höhlen und vieler anderer Schönheiten des Perigord (z. B. Domme oder Sarlat). Allerdings nur mit Auto sinnvoll.
