Dieses Haus befindet sich in einem historischen Bauernhaus und der alte Kamin, die alten Wände und die Treppen sind noch im Haus vorhanden. Die Küche und das Badezimmer wurden modernisiert. Das Badezimmer ist ordentlich, aber die Schlafzimmer befinden sich in den oberen Etagen und das Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss. Es gibt keine Spülmaschine, aber einen großen Kühl- und Gefrierschrank. Die Besitzer sind außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist wunderschön mitten in der Landschaft der Normandie, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Weiler Montaigu-les-Bois entfernt. Villedieu und Gavrey sind etwa 10 Autominuten entfernt, beide mit einem Wochenmarkt und einer großen Auswahl an Geschäften. Schönes und ruhiges Wandergebiet, die Küste mit wunderschönen Salzwiesen, Wattenmeer und Dünen ist 25 km entfernt.

Es ist wirklich ruhig und abends richtig dunkel. Kein Verkehr und keine Ampeln. 1 mit Natur. Lecker. Haus liegt am Rande des Dorfes. Dorf selbst umfasst eine Kirche 2 Häuser. Das Haus ist sauber. Es ist ein gemütliches Ferienhaus mit allem Komfort ausgestattet, einschließlich eines neuen Badezimmers. Die Vermieter (sprechen nur Französisch) sind nette Leute, die sich um uns gekümmert und uns den Weg gezeigt haben. Danach überlassen sie es sich, sich am Abreisetag noch einmal zu melden.

Die klare Route führte uns direkt zum Landhaus, wo uns der Schlüsselhalter traf. Nach einer Tour durch das gemütliche Haus bekamen wir den Schlüssel. Zuerst eine schöne Schüssel im weitläufigen Vorgarten mit herrlichem Blick über die Kuhweiden, das Haus sieht mindestens 100 Jahre alt aus, ist aber mit allem Komfort ausgestattet. Hier können wir eine wohlverdiente Urlaubspause genießen, aber unsere beiden Teenager und unser Hund wollen auch etwas Action. Dafür musst du zuerst ein bisschen fahren. Innerhalb von 30 Minuten bis 1 Stunde sind alle möglichen Dinge zu erleben. Die D-Day Strände und St. Mont Michel sind die Hauptattraktionen. Granville ist auch ein großartiger Ort für einen Tagesausflug.

Das Haus für 5 Personen befindet sich in einer sehr ländlichen Gegend. Geschäfte, Restaurants etc. sind in 7 Schüssel vorhanden. Abstand in Villedieu und Gavray. Vom Haus aus sind Sie schnell in der nördlichen Bretagne (Mont St. Michel, St. Malo) und dergleichen, während die interessanten Landungsstrände der Normandie bis zu einer Stunde entfernt sind. Granville mit schönem Hafen und die benachbarten Strände sind eine halbe Stunde entfernt. Das Haus hat einen komplett umzäunten Garten (ideal wenn Sie Hunde haben), Kühe sehen Sie verträumt aus einem Nachbargrundstück an. Es ist eine sehr ruhige Lage. Wir hatten das linke Haus mit vier Türen / Fenstern, das Gebäude rechts davon war nicht vermietet. Der (sehr nette) Besitzer kam manchmal für einen Moment herein, respektierte aber unsere Privatsphäre. Eine Flasche Apfelwein wartete auf uns bei der Ankunft. Kurzum, für Ruhesuchende ein Paradies. Es war sehr heiß, aber die Bäume vor und der Sonnenschirm sorgten für ausreichend Unterschlupf.
