Step into a world of timeless beauty at the medieval hamlet of Serignana, dating back to the 13th century and nestled at the edge of the National Park of the Casentinesi Forests, Mount Falterona, and Campigna. Carefully restored, this enchanting village offers authentic Tuscan-style apartments that preserve the charm, history, and culture of the region.

The SAGRESTIA 1 apartment spans two floors and overlooks the village square. It features a cozy living room with a traditional fireplace, a fully equipped masonry kitchen, and a private outdoor dining space. Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a shower, the other with a bath. Exposed wooden beams and terracotta floors enhance the rustic elegance.

Guests can enjoy a shared park with a pool, barbecue, and a communal lounge with books, games, and tourist info. From mid-June to September, a small gym is also available. The surrounding area is perfect for hiking, biking, and exploring waterfalls. Local shops and restaurants are 1.5 km away, while major attractions like Lake Bilancino, Mugello Circuit, and golf courses are within 30 km. Heating costs are payable on site.

Serignana, was für ein wunderbarer Ort es ist! Die Umgebung, das kleine Dorf selbst und die Wohnungen. Wenn Sie auf der Suche nach einem friedlichen und ruhigen Ort sind, ist dies Ihr Ziel. Hier steht die Zeit still. Wachen Sie mit singenden Vögeln, Eichhörnchen und nichts weiter als Stille auf. Organisieren Sie eine Wanderung in den wunderschönen Bergen und essen Sie im Rifugio zu Mittag Castellina und nehmen Sie ein Bad im Pool. Lesen, essen, die Ruhe genießen, was für eine tolle Woche wir hatten! Dies ist der Ort, um die Welt zu vergessen und zu entspannen und neue Energie zu tanken. Toller Ort für Paare, die die Natur genießen. Nicoletta ist für die Unterkunft verantwortlich, was für eine fürsorgliche und leidenschaftliche Frau sie ist und praktisch, wenn Sie Dinge regeln müssen. Grazie mille Nicolleta! Arrivalerci! Und was den Weg zu den Apartments angeht, ist das nicht das, was wir gewohnt sind. Aber hey, wenn du ins Paradies willst, musst du dafür arbeiten!!! Mir gefiel der Stil der Apartments, alles was man braucht ist da.

Was für eine tolle Woche wir hier hatten. Wenn Sie Geschichte, Natur und Wandern mögen, ist dies ein sehr schönes Haus. Jedes Haus hat seinen eigenen privaten Garten/Terrasse. Swimmingpool und Grill werden geteilt, aber es ist nie zu voll. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit (ich hatte mein iPhone vergessen, welches mir sofort zugeschickt wurde) Den Weg macht man am besten wenn man leise fährt, mit unserem PKW war es nicht sehr nervig oder so. Du kannst schön laufen

Das Haus ist in einer fantastischen Umgebung, aber der Weg dorthin ist sehr schlecht. Dies wird nicht beschrieben, aber dies ist nicht nur eine unbefestigte Straße, sondern in einigen Teilen auch keine Straße. Wir konnten erst um 18 Uhr einchecken, weil sie sauber machten. Naja leider war es nicht sauber. Es gibt überall viele Ungeziefer und Spinnweben. Es war 35 Grad, aber es ist auch nachts im Haus furchtbar heiß. Aber ..... die Lage ist fantastisch, der Pool ist sehr schön. Sie haben viel Privatsphäre. Der Besitzer ist auch sehr freundlich. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, ein Haus mit allem Komfort in einer wunderschönen Umgebung. Der Feldweg zum Borg di Serignana war ein Abenteuer. Zum Glück hatten wir einen bequemen Mietwagen mit Allradantrieb, so dass wir damit keine Probleme hatten.
