A week on Catania

This 2nd story apartment is on a busy street, so it can be noisy at times. The place was clean and comfortable. It was nicely furnished. Having a washer and dryer was important for us. The price was good and it fit our needs perfectly. It is close to two metro stops (Giuffrida, Italia). Gourmet Deco is close by and was a great place for groceries and supplies. We were planning to rent a car, but decided against it. Parking would have been difficult in this neighborhood.Uber and the metro were fine for getting around.

Appartement situé au 1er étage sans ascenseur. Immeuble silencieux : coiffeur homme au RDC, bureaux d'avocats à l'étage. Appartement totalement rénové avec goût. Tout confort. Pas de gêne particulière.Accueil par les propriétaires. ils sont charmants et facilement joignables pendant le séjour.Une bonne adresse.A proximité : Caffé d'Annunzio pour petit déjeuner et en-cas; pharmacie et supermarché 7j/7j pratiquement 24/24;restaurant Sa Gré cuisine raffinée, déjeuner et dîner, fermé dimanche & lundi. Corso delle Province;Europ Car DT Catane, Corso Delle Province (voiture inutile et déconseillée à Catane);métro : 2 stations Italia et Guiffrida;Cardi : Tavola calda authentique, majorité de locaux.un peu plus loin sur la Piazza Galatea (métro Galatea) le Bar Galatea qui fait petit déjeuner, déjeuner mais aussi dîner, plats à emporter. Cuisine excellente et authentique : que des locaux, voisins et habitués. Attention ferme à 21h. Fermé le dimanche. En fait, c'était notre cantine du midi...

L'appartamento si presenta luminoso ed elegante, come una suite di albergo stellato, la stanza da letto è appartata e insonorizzata grazie alle porte scorrevoli in vetro oscurato, garantendo privacy e comfort pur essendo la struttura un open space. Perfetta anche la location per chi visita catania, il punto infatti è a poca distanza dalla metro e attorno ha tutti i servizi utili a qualsiasi esigenza, dalla farmacia al bar alla lavasecco. Tutto perfetto!
