The pool room has an energy-friendly heat pump installed to minimize power consumption. The house is practically furnished with a combined living room and kitchen. The living room has mixed furniture and is equipped with a flat-screen TV with international channels. In addition, there is PlayStation 3 incl. games, table football and free internet. There is a wood burning stove for a cool summer evening or an autumn evening with rain and debris. The kitchen has i.a. ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, extractor hood and microwave. The house has four bedrooms and two bathrooms with washer and dryer. There is both an open and covered terrace where you can enjoy dinner while the sun sets over the North Sea. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
