There is also PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Wii. After the games you can jump into the warm swimming pool or let the jet streams in the whirlpool massage your muscles. In the large pool you can frolic and exercise. There is a sauna and 3 bathrooms, all with underfloor heating. 6 bedrooms with double beds and a mezzanine. The large kitchen-family room has a TV, stereo set, wood-burning stove and every amenity needed. Large terrace with a grill and room for sunbathing. The size of the house also makes it suited for birthday parties, weddings and conferences etc. For the children there is cot, high chair and jungle gym on the large plot. No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
