We enjoyed staying at that house. It is old but very nice!
I think it is a bit more usable for families with kids. There is a lot play stuff but it didn’t bothered us.
The kitchen was dirty when we arrived but James managed a cleaning very fast. So thank you so much for everything!

Perfect summer vacation at the beach
We had a wonderful summer vacation at this beautiful beachfront house. The house is well-equipped as described by the owner. Everything was working very well. The adults and the were really happy. The house belongs really to the best ones we have rented within the last years! Thanks to the owner for the perfect service!

A wonderful experience
Our family of eight was enchanted by the house and the beach. The house was charming and comfortable. We felt privacy without being isolated. There was plenty of room for everyone to lounge after an active day exploring the area. We took advatage of the well equipped kitchen for many of our meals. Listening to the waves come in whole failing asleep was special. We would highly recommend this house for a family or group.

About the host
Hosted by James
My brother and I are members of a Danish-British family currently living and working in London. We and our families spend several weeks each year at our wonderful Danish summerhouse - but there remain plenty of other weeks which are available for rental.
Why they chose this property
Our home was built in 1951 for a family of Danish industrialists. Our family has owned this amazing home since 1992 and has restored it extensively. We can enjoy all the delights of the beach scene, the local fishing villages and resort towns, bicycling around the neighbouring coastal villages, and cooking with amazing local produce, as well as spending time in and around downtown Copenhagen - often all in the same day.
What makes this property unique
Our summerhouse enjoys beautiful sea views, direct beach access and more wild natural land than any other summer house in on the North Coast of Zealand. It is private and has plenty of space for children and guests to live comfortably. It is an outstandingly beautiful location, yet easily accessible from Scandinavia's largest city.
