5 person holiday home in Millinge

Holiday home located on a 1271 m2 large natural plot with trees just approx. 270 m from the sea at Falsled. The living room is built all the way up to kip and therefore very bright. The cottage has two bedrooms with good closet space and a good kitchen equipped with i.a. ceramic hobs and refrigerator with 60 liter freezer. From the kitchen there is direct access to the living room, which i.a. Apple has TV with international channels and radio. From the living room there is access to the house's large terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Spacious bathroom with underfloor heating and shower. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

Die Dusche war verstopft, sie musste von viel schmutzigem Schmutz befreit werden, die Spülmaschine war nicht voll. Die Matratze auf dem Bett war voller Flecken, alles in allem mussten wir das eigentlich gemütliche Haus putzen. Zuerst um das Haus herum ein bisschen Unterkunft. Die Lage war top und hundefreundlich. Wasser, viel Natur und Erholung

Von innen eine sehr schöne Einrichtung. Es ist wohl noch nicht lange her als das Haus modernisiert wurde. Was uns jedoch sehr gestört hat ist das von draußen alles voller Spinnweben war so als hätte man schon mehrere Jahre das Haus nicht benutzt. Wirklich sehr schade. Auch die Terassebmöbel waren voller Spinnweben und verdreckt. Auch das duschen stellte sich als herausforderung dar. Das warme Wasser war sehr schnell leer weil nur ein sehr kleiner Boiler vorhanden ist. Mit 4 Personen (davon 2 Kinder) stellte sich dies als sehr langwierig dar. Im Großen und Ganzen waren wir aber relativ zufrieden.
