Well-appointed cottage located at the end of a cul-de-sac on a beautiful hilly plot in the magnificent nature in Nr. Lyngby. Inside there is an open kitchen in connection with the dining area. Living room with wood burning stove and exit to the terrace. Three bedrooms. The house has a heat pump and is insulated all year round, so the holiday can be enjoyed all year round. One bathroom has a spa bath for relaxing after an active day. The well-equipped kitchen has i.a. stove, microwave and dishwasher. The cottage is located on a large plot with plenty of space. Around the house there is a large terrace, part of which is covered. It provides ample opportunity to enjoy the sun or shade, relax as well as a good evening in front of the grill. There is a swing on the plot. The area has many good trails to the roaring North Sea.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
