Nearby is a small lagoon, which is also used by surfers and kayakers. The area is known for oyster safaris and mussel tours, bird life, and seals that swim curiously by. The cottage's garden offers ample opportunity to enjoy your vacation in peace and quiet, as well as the opportunity for ball games and play. In addition, there are several cozy nooks on the large 3,150 sqm plot, which are ideal for reading a good book while enjoying the view of the waves on the Limfjord. The house was renovated in 2022 and is energy efficient with a heat pump, thereby reducing consumption. The vacation home is bright and inviting, and practically furnished with a combined living room/kitchen. The living room has comfortable furniture, free internet, and a flat-screen TV with Chromecast, where you can stream your own TV services.Danish channels are streamed via the YouSee app and German channels via satellite. Nice newer kitchen with ceramic stove, range hood, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator/freezer with at least 60 liters of freezer capacity, and dishwasher. Stylish new bathroom with shower, bathtub, toilet, and underfloor heating. The house has three bedrooms, including one room with a double bed (160 x 200), one room with a small double bed (120 x 200) + a bunk bed, and one room with a bed (90 x 200) + a bunk bed. The house has several open terraces with good garden furniture, table and bench sets, sun loungers, and a gas grill, where you can enjoy dinner while the sun sets over the Limfjord. There is also a closed shed/covered terrace where you can seek shelter from the weather and wind. There is also an outdoor shower with both cold and hot water, so you can easily rinse off after a dip in the waves. The house also has a campfire site where the whole family can enjoy roasting sausages and marshmallows or baking bread on a stick. Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
