On a 1311 m2 large natural plot with lawn and trees on Jegindø, this classic cottage is located in a quiet cottage area just approx. 300 meters from the water. The cottage from 1978, is built on two levels and from the small balcony on the first floor there is a view to the water over the roofs. The first floor is furnished with a small landing and 2 bedrooms, both with 2 single beds. Ground floor is furnished with combined living / dining room and kitchen. The living room is equipped with TV, sitting area, wood stove and heat pump. Free internet is installed. The small kitchen has i.a. dishwasher, ceramic hob, extractor hood and small fridge. In the utility room by the entrance there is a small cupboard freezer. Also on the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms, one with a single bed and one with two single beds. Small bathroom with shower and sink. There is both a cot and a high chair in the house. In the large garden with several seats and terraces, pheasants, hares and deer often pass by. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
