A spacious loft (hems), accessed via a ladder, provides multiple sleeping spaces, while the living area includes a comfortable seating corner with a wood burning stove, ideal for enjoying warmth on cooler evenings or playing cards together. A combined washer and dryer is available for convenience. The property is situated near Minibyen, a region renowned for excellent fishing. Guests can explore nearby rivers including Holme A, Varde A, Grindsted A, Holsted A, Omme A, Konge A, and Ribe A, which offer fantastic opportunities for anglers of all levels. The local Hovborg Kro inn is just a short drive away, providing delicious meals and fishing licenses. Children will enjoy the nearby shared playground, which features a ball field and campfire area for fun outdoor activities. For family excursions, Legoland is located 22 kilometers away, and Givskud Zoo is 44 kilometers from the house, making this home an ideal base for combining nature, fishing, and entertainment.
