The cottage offers everything needed for a relaxing countryside stay, including a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a cosy living room with an HDTV and fireplace, air conditioning, central heating and comfortable indoor spaces designed for families and groups.

Outside, guests can dine on the panoramic terrace, prepare meals on the private BBQ, relax in hammocks overlooking the vineyards or enjoy the spacious garden with children\'s play equipment. The private wine cellar, orchard and traditional outdoor spaces create an authentic Slovenian wine country experience rarely found elsewhere.

Guests can also book private use of the separate wellness centre located on the estate. Featuring an indoor jacuzzi and sauna, the wellness area is available by advance reservation at a discounted rate of €50 for 4 hours.

The surrounding area also offers excellent opportunities to experience authentic Slovenian wine culture through guided wine tours and local producers. For day trips, visit Ptuj, Slovenia\'s oldest town, or Maribor, home to the world\'s oldest grapevine. The town of Ljutomer, with restaurants, supermarkets and other essential amenities, is just a 10-minute drive away.
