We are sorry to contradict your review but we would like to clarify a few points, because it is not the fault of those who manage if you have encountered these problems.
The problems you encountered resulted from the lack of reading of the homebook that was sent to you two days before your arrival. Messages and emails turn out to be grammatically correct.
The free parking is explained, with all the warnings that there may be, if you were being towed the car obviously you had parked in a parking ban (in the homebook there are also illustrative images with road signs so that you can pay attention).
Your difficulty in accessing stems from the same reason that was highlighted before: the Homebook has not been read.
It can be accessed in two different ways: by keys or by smartphone. All present in the information that is sent a few days before check-in, complete with tutorials.
