Amazing place with large terrace and BBQ

Beautifully decorated apartment with fabulous terrace with view to the golf courses of Riviera del Sol. This corner apartment is fully air conditioned and offers living room with comfortable sofa/bed, dining area, TV with many international channels and high-speed Wi-Fi. Fully equipped kitchen has many extras, like coffee machine, juice maker machine, blender, a dishwasher. Master en-suite bedroom beautifully decorated in traditional french style with comfortable quality mattress. Another bedroom in Moroccan style with double comfortable bed and has adjacent shower room. Large corner terrace (30m2) with open views offers plenty of space and cozy sitting areas. The terrace facing North, so the sun hits the terrace only in the evening.

The complex Island of Golf surrounded by golf courses with lake and has a quiet cul-de-sac location. There are 2 large swimming pool areas, kids pool, well maintained communal gardens, few tennis courts (tennis rackets provided in the apartment), as well as indoor swimming pool (not heated) that open during the winter months. Lovely restaurant onsite open everyday from 10am for breakfasts until late evening. Underground allocated parking space with lift.

Only 2 mins drive to the nearest commercial centre with few good restaurants and a supermarket. 5 mins drive down to the beach and main commercial centre with 2 supermarkets, many restaurants, bars, nightlife and sandy beach. The local beach is very safe for children and has a beautiful wooden promenade 6 kms wide along the seashore.

Urbanisation Riviera del Sol located in the mid way between Fuengirola and Marbella (15 kms to either way).

Amazing home for families, couples and golfers alike with everything you could wish for your perfect trip! The car is essential.

Feels like home.

The apartment is always tip top, and the service from everyone is excellent.The complex is very good with a choice of pools, the grounds are kept in perfect condition and the bar is an added bonus, all these things have kept me coming back for several years. Sort out the WiFi/ TV options as guests like to keep up with what's happening back home in their native language.

Lovely apartment with great balcony.

Lovely apartment with great balcony. Apartment is equipped with all amenities. The kitchen supplies are also well stocked, especially for the first days. The bathrooms are also equipped with everything. The garage is spacious and easy to use. A few things that could perhaps be improved are the mattress (springs) and curtains in the living room. Something that is less easy to adjust to is the noise from the neighbors, especially the neighbor's dog. The indoor pool could use some maintenance.
