Welcome to our new Family Suite - The De Vere Suite, Maldon's very first 2 bedroomed apartment for those special occasions, staycations or short term lets for families, and families & friends

*PLEASE NOTE: The rate for 2 people is based on 2 people sharing one bed. Fees may apply for using the second bedroom if less than 3 persons using the apartment. Please contact us to discuss T&C's for the second bedroom.

Apartment description:
The main bedroom houses an antique, handmade, superking, four poster bed, a free standing bath, and facing a large terrace. It also has a dressing table, wardrobe, flat screen TV and chandeliers above the bed and bath

Bedroom 2 has a double bed, wardrobe, flat screen TV and chandelier.

There is an open plan lounge with 3 seater sofa, armchair, coffee table, flat screen TV and chandelier

This apartment has a fully fitted, functional kitchen. Family bathroom with walk in shower, and is fully air conditioned.

There is also a large, south facing terrace in this property which is lovely in the summer.

Our apartments are thoughtfully equipt, and are perfectly situated for both work and leisure with everything within easy reach, including many restaurants and bars, and even an M&S foodhall right next door. We provide complimentary items for your convenience, including toiletries, dressing gowns, slippers, tea & coffee.
We provide everything to give you a home from home, or even working from home experience with our spacious apartments

Location is everything and you have everything right on your doorstep being on the high street in this busy little town, which is quiet during the week and comes alive at the weekend. There is a bar / club across the road, and at the weekend closes around 1am. So if you are a light sleeper, or do not like outside noise this may not be suitable for you. We do warn all of our guests that being on the high-street and in the middle of a busy town, this isn't a quiet little retreat if that is what you are looking for.

Our 4 apartments are housed in The Kings Head Centre - a 16th Century Grade II listed building which dates back to1552. In the last 30 years it has been lovingly preserved by the owner of Staycations Maldon - James Mann who's love of up-cycling and antique furniture has given Staycations its quirky-ness with a touch of modern luxury.
