Headland Barn consists of a kitchen/breakfast room with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, and a seating island, leading to a vaulted garden room, a formal dining room, an informal dining area, a sitting room with a dramatic vaulted ceiling, exposed beams, open fireplace and balcony, and a snug warmed by the fire. Practical spaces include a pantry, utility, boot room, cloakroom and a gym in the garage. The bedrooms comprise four super-king-size rooms: one on the ground floor with en-suite, one upstairs with en-suite, and two further super-king-size rooms sharing a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, with one available as a twin on request. Fuel, power, bed linen, towels, Smart TV, WiFi and broadband are all included in the price. Outside, the property boasts 1.2 acres of grounds, including an enclosed garden, lawns, patio, furniture, barbecue, and an outdoor socket for EV use (not a charging unit).
