About this property

Large 5 bedroom 4 1/2 bath Cottage that sleeps 10 on the shore of beautiful Gull Lake located within Quarterdeck Resort. This cottage is great to share and enjoy a beautiful Gull lake vacation. At Quarterdeck, you will find:
• 850 feet of sandy beach
• 96 Boat slips
• Beachfront restaurant and bar
• Gift Shop
• Pontoon rentals and so much more!

The cottage is a five bedroom with four and 1/2 baths. The cottages at the resort are spacious and have an open living concept to serve families staying together. The game room in the lower level provides extra space for family fun. The bedrooms are large with two of the bedrooms having on suite bathrooms providing plenty of privacy.

Master Bedroom on the main level has a King size bed and private bathroom.
Guest Room 1 on the 2nd floor is as large as the Master bedroom. It sleeps 2 with a King size bed and has its own private bathroom. Guest Room 2 on the 2nd floor is large and sleeps 2 with a King size bed. The kids love Guest Room 3 with its twin sized bunkbeds. There is a bath in the hallway located between and shared by Guest Room 2 & 3. Guest Room 4 is on the lower level and also has a King sized bed. It adjoins to a bathroom which is shared with the lower level family room. This lower level family room also has a game area with foosball and a card table. All bedrooms and living areas have a flat screen TV as well.

The kitchen is large with expansive countertops and an island, double bowl stainless steel sink, and top of the line range, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator with ice maker.

The dining room seats 8. The entry area has a stackable washer and dryer.

Your family can also enjoy Lakeside Lodge Restaurant, Dock 77, nearby horseback riding, trap and skeet shooting, go-carting, miniature golf, water slides, Brainerd Zip Line Tour and snow boarding at Mount Ski Gull, and Brainerd International Speedway.

If you are interested in pontoon adventures, there are rentals available and if desired, the Resort captains can drive and guide you for your cruise, lunch or dinner at lakefront restaurants, or even pan fishing for the kids.

The house, location and overall resort is awesome.

I highly recommend staying here. The home was amazing. It VERY comfortably fit 10 people. And it's in an awesome location sitting right on Gull Lake. Very convenient to have the Quarterdeck resort onsite as well for food/drinks. The facilities team did an amazing job of keeping wood and kindling stocked. There is plenty of parking, and plenty of docks available if you bring your own boat. One suggestion: Add electricity at the docks for fishermen to re-charge their trolling motor. Have the motor run out and no ability to re-charge it was the only downside of the trip, though minor in the scheme of things. Other recommendations: provide tubes for rental, and make cottages pet friendly. We will definitely return for another stay.
