Casa Margarita with seaview and pool
Casa Margarita is a beautiful house with swimming pool, sea view and private parking in Residence Zinnibiri. The house consists of a bedroom with a queen bed, a double bedroom with a double bed and a sitting room, bathroom with shower, laundry room, full kitchen and spacious veranda overlooking the sea from which you can enjoy the beautiful view of the coast of Marina di Tertenia.
Pool will be available for guests from the 15th of May to the 30th of september and it's shared with the other units in the residence.
A few rules to enjoy our beautiful common pool:
- It is not allowed to bring any kind of glass to the pool;
- No drinks or food are allowed in the pool area;
- No jumping or diving;
- It is not allowed to bring chairs, sunbeds, or sun umbrellas;
- It is not allowed to bring inflatables or games to the pool.
Guests who don't follow the rules will be kindly asked to leave the pool area
