The spacious living apartment has been interior designed to provide comfort and style to relax and enjoy a home away from home environment. It comes fully equipped with flat screen TV and large open plan kitchen/dining area seating up to 5 people.
Both of the King size beds boast firm and comfortable mattresses made up with fresh white cotton linen. There is 1 separate single roll out bed which can be positioned in either the bedrooms or living area to provide extra sleeping space for children/friends.
The large bathroom features a rain shower over bath with underfloor heating and fantastic vanity unit with make-up lights.
There is also a children's play area on site and plenty of greenery, shops and restaurants just walking distance from the apartment.

Convenient, clean, modern apt

Highly recommended. This property suited our needs perfectly for a weeklong sightseeing vacation. The location was ideal - a short walk to the train station with very frequent service. The neighborhood had many shops & restaurants in easy walking distance. The apt itself was clean, well-equipped, and incredibly quiet. Communication with the manager and the check-in/check-out processes were seamless.

Did not get property we booked

When we arrived I quickly noticed it was not the property we booked. I booked based on photos and bedrooms specific to make sure we had nice beds. Instead we got a different unit all together. One room was similar to photos but the king bedroom was a small closet sized room with little window and bad mattress. When I asked, I was told we were upgraded and we should be happy. I said this bedroom is not an upgrade. They would not show me the apartment we actually rented. This left us in a bad position. I didn’t know what we could do until I got back.

Dear Lisa, We are very disappointed to read your review. Firstly we would never speak to our guest in such manner as we pride ourselves with a personal approach to our guests. Secondly, we have offered you a larger 2 bed 2 bath apartment instead of 2 bed 1 bath apartment since you mentioned you have a 17 year old dancer daughter so we kindly thought she would appreciate second bathroom when preparing for competitions, as previously explained, based on which you agreed to stay in a property. If you think that 4.5m x 4.5m second bedroom is a closet size room than unfortunately none our apartments would satisfy your requirements, since all our apartments have exactly the same bedroom layouts plus windows are of standard 1.1m x 1.3m size so this is not small size window as you claim. We have never had a chance to rectify the issue with mattress as you never mentioned anything about mattress. We found the above complaints unreasonable as we did all we can to keep you happy. As much as we are sorry that you feel this way we would like to put things into right perspective. We have had over 4000 stays in our apartments with only positive feedbacks that can be easily checked on on our other platforms.
