About this property
Goose Nest House - Lower Mill Estate, Cotswold Water Park
Relax poolside, gaze across the serene lakes, indulge in a luxurious massage and explore the stunning Cotswold Water Park. A stay at Goose Nest House has it all and this welcoming lakehouse makes a fabulous home from home. The Lower Mill Estate has a host of on-site facilities and there is so much to see and do in the wider area you are sure of a family holiday that you want to repeat year after year. While staying at Goose Nest House you also receive complimentary access to the on-site spa where you can book a treatment, visit the natural outdoor pool or spend time in the state-of-the-art gym.
Set over three floors, Goose Nest House is arranged to make the most of the perfect lake views. The open plan living area looks out across the balcony over Somerford Lagoon. A modern woodburning stove warms the sitting area where you might choose to watch the view instead of the Smart TV. Meals can be prepared in the well-equipped kitchen and you can either dine outside, or at the dining table. The second floor hosts the master bedroom with en-suite and three further bedrooms are on the ground floor. A children's bunk room on the first floor makes this property incredibly family friendly with lots of child friendly additions.
From the balcony and terrace you can watch as swans swim by and ducks come in to land. A short walk takes you to the outdoor heated swimming pool, or you could play tennis, head to the gym or hire bikes to see more of the Cotswold Water Park. Goose Nest House has direct access to the lake letting you launch canoes and kayaks straight from the property. There is designated parking for one car with additional visitor spaces and overflow car parks.
