A bright and spacious ground floor flat in a Victorian townhouse, this space is perfect for solo travellers or couples. Sleeps up to 3 guests with a good sized king bedroom with ensuite bathroom with large shower. There is a trundle bed that can be made up in the living room should an extra guest wish to stay.

The open-plan kitchen and dining area is well-equipped with everything you should need for your stay. There is also a smart TV for nights in. The flat is centrally located in Penzance and local amenities are all within easy walking distance. Situated on a beautifully mature, tree lined road that leads straight to the beach in only 5 minutes walk. Jubilee Pool, an outdoor pool right on the seafront, is around 10 minutes walk. Free parking is available in the street outside the flat..
Well behaved dogs are welcome with a fee of £20/dog (max 2). It is on the condition they are not allowed on the soft furnishings or in the bedroom.
