This spacious, semi-detached villa has 3 bedrooms and a spacious open plan layout completed with attractive contemporary design. There is plenty of room around the enticing private pool so you can sit back, relax and enjoy the Canarian sunshine. WiFi, pool heating and air conditioning/ heating in the lounge and bedrooms are included.
Villa Alvarito is situated in a wonderful location just 10 minutes’ stroll downhill to the marina where several smart shops, bars and restaurants are located. One of Lanzarote’s smaller resorts, Puerto Calero is known for its stylish hotels, chic ambience and attractive marina. Puerto del Carmen with its sandy coastline and beach amenities is just over a 10 minute drive away. You can also experience an entertaining nightlife in this lively resort, perfect for those who enjoy a cocktail at sunset and late-night bars and restaurants.
