On the ground floor, five independent entrances lead to distinct spaces, offering privacy and comfort. The main door opens into a charming living room with a fireplace and an ancient stone well, also perfect for relaxing on a double sofa bed. A spacious dining room with an imperial table and fine handcrafted wicker furnishings invites long breakfasts or convivial dinners. The eat-in kitchen is equipped with every modern convenience, including an oven and dishwasher, while a half bathroom with a washing machine completes this level. The sleeping area, accessible only by stairs, welcomes guests into a second living room with a fireplace, sofa bed, TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a smart working station, all enhanced by a balcony overlooking the Basilica dei SS. Simply the best location. Windows and doors open up to the most historical, and beautiful crusader church of Saint Peters. Quiet, comfortable, and very spacious.

This property was exceptional and our host was very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend it. The location was incredible with views of the harbour from the large roof terrace and the Chiesa across the square. The house felt like a home. It had beautiful features such as mosaic floors in the kitchen and a beautiful tiled scene as the kitchen splash back. The kitchen was large and well stocked, and there were numerous living areas which worked well for us, travelling with a three generation family. It was light, airy and impeccably clean. Although the house sleeps 8-10 people, there were only two seperate bedrooms. Again this worked for us but may not suit others. We couldn’t recommend it highly enough.
