Seafront villa located at the Grotta Zinzulusa a stone's throw from Castro Marina and Santa Cesarea Terme. Immersed in an age-old pine forest and succulent plants typical of the area in the garden, the villa consists of a central part and a bungalow.

. The villa is accessed via a feature of local stone stairway, or through a picturesque trail nestled among the pines. All`esterno of the villa there are two showers and a barbecue. The decor is typical of a seaside villa, fresh and modern, with new services, with fans in the bedrooms, to allow its guests to spend a relaxing holiday.
The villa is surrounded by a patio and a garden that allow you to enjoy your holiday in complete relaxation, being able to take advantage of an outdoor barbecue, three showers, and a wonderful pool.
The main body consists of a large living room overlooking the sea, a kitchen, a hallway to the kitchen, a double bedroom with sea view, a second single bedroom with sea view and a further double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower.
The Bungalow of the villa is equipped with all comforts and is independent of the Villa, consists of a terrace in the garden, a living room with kitchen and fridge, a double bedroom and a bathroom.

The house is equipped with: kitchen utensils, fridge, oven, stove, washing machine, air conditioning only in the living room, iron, hairdryer, large barbecue, 3 outdoor showers (2 with hot and cold water). The villa is equipped with a double parking space.

Belle propriété sur la mer

bel endroit avec de magnifiques terrasses et un beau jardin méditerranéen. Accès direct à la mer depuis la maison.

Relativement décevant

Très bel environnement pour cette propriété, mais largement sous équipée pour accueillir 7 personnes. Une mini cafetière pour 7, pas de verres à vin, casseroles et équipement de cuisine hors d'âge et vraiment pas au niveau de la prestation attendue. Humidité très forte dans le bungalow entrainant une odeur peu agréable. Merci à Aurora qui a fait de son mieux pour trouver des arrangements aux désagréments pendant cette semaine. La piscine, le jardin, les terrasses et l'accès direct à la mer sont vraiment un atout mais ....le rapport qualité/prix est vraiment médiocre.

A great house for Spring/Summer - we chose to go early in the year and it was unusually cold. Still, peaceful location with beautiful trees and sea view

Good location, big villa and great pool

Travelled with 4 adults and 2 children - this villa was more than big enough and the separate bungalow with own kitchen worked well for my parents - while the rest of us used the main villa. The pool was great (one of the few places with pools in the area) and plenty of outdoor seating/tables. We had a problem with a fridge and it was replaced the same evening, great service. Paolo took us on a boat trip which worked better than one of the tourist hired ones especially with our two small children. Only things to be aware of is it is a small walk to the car either via stairs or along a path at the back of the garden. Kitchen is basic but not problems - or plenty of options locally / short drive away.
