Comfortable, cozy and very bright apartment.

It is located in the heart of Torremolinos, 2 minutes from the pedestrian zone of the city as well as a few meters from the Nogalera area with all its LGTBI atmosphere. Ideal for walking, shopping or taking the elevator to the beach. Just 10 minutes walk to the beach.

It is close to Calle San Miguel and next to La Nogalera, the most important gay friendly neighborhood in southern Europe. A short distance from the train station that connects with the airport, the towns of the Costa del Sol and Malaga capital. Ideal if you travel with this medium for its perfect connections.

A pesar de tener una muy buena ubicación, no pudimos disfrutar al máximo nuestra estadía ya que los aires acondicionados nunca funcionaron. Nos comunicamos con Faro Homes inmediatamente nos percatamos de la situación. Ellos enviaron primero a un técnico que limpió los filtros de los aires pero no funcionaron. Luego de varios días tratando de coordinar para que fuera el técnico nuevamente, ya que era necesario que estuviéramos en el apartamento pero teníamos ya un itinerario coordinado, ya casi al final de nuestra estadía tampoco pudo arreglar los aires. Nos vimos en la obligación de comprar dos ventiladores para las habitaciones para al menos descansar un poco más frescos y aunque solicitamos el reembolso del costo de los mismos aún no hemos recibido respuesta. Además, tuvimos que soportar un olor desagradable proveniente del desagüe del baño lo que hizo de nuestra estadía una pobre experiencia.
