The Space:
As you enter the property, the ground floor greets you with a spacious ensuite bedroom, boasting a king-sized bed for a restful night's sleep. Ascending the stairs, you'll find yourself in the heart of the home, the living and dining area. Here, a well-equipped kitchen awaits, complete with all essential supplies and dining equipment. Whether you prefer casual dining at the kitchen bar top or a sit-down meal at the dining table accommodating four, the choice is yours. At the back of the living room is a charming balcony overlooking a communal courtyard, perfect for enjoying a breath of fresh air. Continuing down the hall, you'll discover the second bedroom with another king sized bed, with the second bathroom just outside featuring both a bath and shower. With a total area of 800 square feet, this property offers a cozy and convenient base for your stay in London.

Guest Access:
As our guests you would have access through a private door at street level to the entire property and a private balcony overlooking a communal courtyard on the 1st floor.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the Borough of Camden, the house is in easy walking distance of a great selection of cafes, restaurants and bars. Hampstead Heath is on the doorstep and there is so much more a short tube or bus ride away.

Dartmouth Park is a primarily residential area as well as an area of Conservation, presenting pleasant tree-lined streets of Victorian terraces. The neighbourhood is well suited to those who want to live away from the hustle and bustle of vibrant street-life, although there is a social scene for those who need their social fix. Swain’s Lane is a really thriving village atmosphere and is a 5 minute walk away. It has a great butcher, Green grocer, fishmongers, deli, restaurants and cafes. Our recommendations for restaurants and cafes here would be Citro Italian, London Shell Co. There is a Farmers market at Parliament Hill Fields every weekend which is well worth a visit, and should you want to get active as well then there are also Tennis Courts that can be used. This is situated on the edge of Hampstead Heath, home of the well known swimming ponds. Another lovely nearby village to visit is Highgate and this is just a 15 minute walk away.

Getting Around:
The house is a 20 minute taxi ride from St Pancras International. The nearest tube station is Archway, which is on the Northern Line and has two branches one via Charing Cross and the West End and the other via Bank and the City with easy connections onto other lines. The overland will take you to Shoreditch and Hackney to the East and Richmond to the West.
The area also has excellent bus routes connecting to Kings Cross St Pancras, Granary Square and also into the West End.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that we provide small bottles of shampoo, shower gel, soap, moisturiser and loo roll for the beginning of all our guest stays and once the products are finished, we kindly ask our guests to provide their own thereafter.

Please note the property will be prepared by our professional cleaners, using hotel-quality linen and towels.

If the booking is 14 days or more, we require a mid-stay clean at an additional cost (the price is dependent on property size). Payment will be taken at the time of the booking and the mid-stay clean includes both a clean and linen change.

We can also arrange any additional cleans regardless of the length of the booking upon request.

Please note that check-in is between 3pm and 8pm.  Early and late check-ins as well as late check-outs are available on request for an additional fee.

Where a check in is on a UK bank holiday, there may be an additional surcharge on the cleaning fee as well as an additional cost for a personal check-in.  Please enquire for additional information on this when booking.

The lead guest booking the property must be 25+ years old.
