La Soulane is a 3-star listed house, labeled 3 Clés Vacances. It is located in the typical village of Arrens-Marsous, a municipality in the Pyrenees National Park.
On the first bends in the road leading to the Soulor and Aubisque passes, overlooking the village, enjoying an exceptional panorama and sunshine, La Soulane will welcome you for your stay in Val d'Azun, also called the Eden of the Pyrenees.
You can practice many leisure activities: hiking on medium and high mountain trails, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing, mountain biking (110 km of marked trails), paragliding, cycle tourism, fishing (lake and stream).
The house faces south, it has an enclosed garden of around 900 m² on which there is a shed for storing ski equipment, bicycles or fishing equipment.
Garden furniture, plancha, deckchairs are available to take advantage of the south-facing terrace with a view of the surrounding peaks: Pic du midi d'Arrens, Gabizos, Pointe de Surgatte, Pic de Pan, the "Donkey ears".
This accommodation has all the comforts.
Large room on the ground floor, (about 50 m²) which includes, a TV lounge and a fireplace lounge, an American kitchen (fully equipped), a dining room.
The toilet area and the laundry room complete this first level.
Upstairs 2 bedrooms with 140 cm bed, 1 mezzanine with 90 cm bed and lounge area. The bathroom has a bath and shower. Separate WC.
The heating is done by electric convectors.
Many walks and visits are to be made in a nearby radius: the circuses of Gavarnie and Troumouse; Cauterets, the Spanish Bridge and the Lac de Gaube; Lourdes: the Marian City, the castle, the lake; The Pic du Midi; Artouste and his little train; the Argelès animal park; the Asson Zoo; the Bétharram caves….
Within 1 hour drive you can also visit Tarbes Pau, or go to Spain.
The cottage is located less than a quarter of an hour from the spa town of Argelès Gazost. We can therefore study a price for a rental for the duration of a treatment (3 weeks). For this, do not hesitate to contact us.
