Beautiful quiet, bright and crossing apartment of 58 m2, in the heart of the city, for 4 people. Located on the 1st floor of a building on a non-busy street and a few meters from the main pedestrian artery of Angoulême.
You will benefit from a calm and comfortable interior for relaxation or teleworking and proximity to local shops, activities and restaurants.
You will be a 10-minute walk from the SNCF station and a few meters from the main bus lines.

The accommodation is composed as follows:

- A living room with double sofa bed, TV, fiber WiFi and a dining area for 4 people
- An equipped kitchen including: oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, hotplates with hood, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, espresso machine, toaster, electric kettle
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200 cm)
