To make the most of your stay, this house will offer you all the necessary comfort and all the ease you need.

On the ground floor, you will find a comfortable living room with HD flat screen TV and wifi as well as a dining area.
The kitchen equipped with Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, oven and microwave, hotplates, dishwasher, fridge and freezer will not lack equipment and utensils.
You can also use the washing machine and dryer in the laundry room.

To get some fresh air, a furnished and sunny interior courtyard will welcome you with its table and chairs.

On the 1st floor, you will enjoy the bedroom with its Queen size bed and its large wardrobe as well as the bathroom with its shower, basin and WC.

Notre quatrième séjour dans cette maison très agréable, nous sommes impatients d'y revenir !

La maison est spacieuse, très confortable avec ses trois niveaux – salon, séjour, cuisine, wc et buanderie au rez-de-chaussée, ainsi qu'une cour intérieure qui apporte de la luminosité et de la profondeur; chambre et salle d'eau au premier étage; une seconde chambre au deuxième étage, dont j'ai apprécié le coin bureau, très pratique, la connexion internet étant performante sur les trois niveaux. Environnement calme. Parking commode sur la place Mulac, et parfois même juste devant la maison.

Logement d'une propreté irréprochable, repérable dès l'arrivée et qui met en confiance. L'équipement était parfait. Le gîte est très silencieux et confortable, idéalement situé pour se promener le long de la Charente ou encore passer une après-midi au musée de la Bande Dessinée.
